# Manual for Institute Head

## **Getting Started :**&#x20;

* Make sure all the PC and System Requirements are met before moving on to the next step.
* Open a web browser and access provided URL and log in to the site/platform as explained earlier.
* Make sure you are signed in. If the screen shows a Dashboard that looks like the one below, you are signed in to the site:

* In the upper right you should see You are logged in as \[your first name and surname (Sign out)
* If were not able to login, carefully double-check your information (username and password). If problems persist, ask for help from support staff or the system administrator.

## **Menu Bar Explanation :**

**What is Dashboard?**

With the help of Dashboard, you can see the number of added Sub Institutes, number of added Organizations, number of added Staff, number of added Subjects and number of completed Feedbacks

**How do I add new Sub Institute?**

* Click on "View Sub Institutes" link from menu bar
* Click on "Add New" button
* You can only add the Sub Institute name, Username, Password, email of the User and assign the number of license to the Organization
* Click on "Update Info" to add&#x20;
